Update - Cities We Know and Love

Ok, so far in our "one word" descriptions we have the following (if you don't know what I'm talking about - I tend to pick up mid-thought - see yesterday's post):

Kansas City - tradition
Atlanta - reinvention
Milwaukee - Provincial
Baltimore - delightfully tacky, yet refined (I like girls who don't follow the rules.)
Vancouver - cosmopolitan
London - multifaceted, chimera-like
San Francisco - provincial
Providence - quirky
Oakland - groovy
San Francisco - cold
Los Angeles - Hot!
Seattle - wet

Seems some of you are holding out.

Someone should comment on Athens, (GA) Charlotte, Charleston and Charlottesville. I have thoughts but would love to hear from natives.
