That row of pugs!!!That row of pugs!!!
I saw it in Denver last week. A fascinating portrait of the man and his relationship with his partner of 40+ years. I would love to have seen more archival footage and more of the clothes as well, but it was very interesting whether you're a fashionista or not.
Is it true they go every where with him? I am sure they do, just look at those faces.
He was indeed one of the Last Emperors.I bet it's a great film!
this is THE MOST FABULOUS picture of pugs (or any other kind of dog)i have ever seen.xx have a nice weekend
Hate to butt in and correct you... that advertising picture you posted... That dress was not designed by Valentino, he has retired. Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli, who had previously designed accessories for the label, are creative directors now.
It IS fabulous. You will love it. It feels totally authentic.
Ulla - you are not butting in at all - thanks for the correction. Patricia
I saw it two weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed it! A fantastic look at a great genius. I do mourn the slow death of couture. Valentino is a mster!
oh good. I went to the NY Premiere of the movie and it is seriously educational and fun.you'll love it.
I must see this! I love Valentino and still have on of his dresses. Rosie aka Scoobie Doo and his predictable antics crack me up!
It is very, very good. In the end, it is a story about deep commitment. You will enjoy it. I recommend a glass of champagne beforehand. (Actually, I recommend a glass of champagne at any time don't I?)
I'm freaking out over those pugs, how did I miss this post?! Adorable! :)
