More is More


Carol Fertig, who writes the enchanting Objet Lessons, was in Kansas City to see the opening of Inventing the Modern World: Decorative Arts at the World's Fair at the Nelson-Atkins Museum.  You can see some of her favorite pieces in the archives, here.  (If you don't subscribe to this delightful daily email, you should.  It's like the piece of chocolate that you have with your coffee every day.  What?  You don't?  Then there's two things to put on your list.)
