Screen Time

It's thirty-six degrees here and I am looking out my office windows at something dreadful called "wintery mix." In Seussian fashion I don't want to go out and I don't want to stay in, have loads to do but don't care to begin.  I keep jumping from one thing to the next, though nothing engages me.  The only solace is, as I walk back and forth to the kitchen (I convince myself that the twenty-five steps there and back negate the small square of dark chocolate with orange that I am going to fetch) is the new screens flanking the sofa.  I may need to take just one more pass.

  1. Seriously lovely. Details? Something you had made I'm thinking?

  2. So sorry about the wintry mix, but that screen is divine. I would stay in all day just to look at it.

  3. I'm not sure just showing us a tidbit of those screens is fair! Wow!

  5. The screen and the sofa and the chocolate are perfection. Can we have more photos of the screen?

  6. You know, as always, I generally don't know what to say when I come by here. But as always, I wanted you to know that I did.

    Onward.

  7. They say that clicking the channel changer once, burns one calorie. On days like this (and btw, it's gray and I'm feeling just like you) I plan on eating while clicking that channel changer 400 times.

  8. Gorgeous screen, but you say "screens"? A pair on either end of the sofa? Would love to see the whole vignette, pretty please! Have been mulling a screen behind a big wing chair to provide some separation between LR and open plan dining area. Would love a good screen source to peruse.

  9. How did I miss this post?
Those SCREENS! That sofa! Yellow with Greek key pillow! I love this moment and love the angle of the shot. It just captures a moment and a feeling.
