You want the most narrow one and that is the one most nurseries in our area do not carry. Having dreams of hornbeam hedges I have six of these (three on each side of a garden structure). Looks best in my dreams...Even so, these trees are much better than any pear, do not split, and they are hardy. They do not have fall color of great beauty. These may be mature Horn Beams you have photographed but I am not sure!
